Please tick in the 1st box of the siblings registration letter given out today to your girls if you do not have any girl coming in to P1 next year and sign below the 1st page.
If you have a girl coming in next year then you have to fill in both pages of the form and attach your girl's birth certificate and both parents identity cards.
